1) PURCHASE

• Customers purchasing pre-order products or orders need to contact us before ordering, as the prices of products may change depending on the time.

• Payment currency: USD

2) PAYMENT METHODS

• Paypal + 4.5% conversion fee

• Credit Card

3) SHIPPING METHODS

• Fast Line (Air): 5-10 days (high cost)

• Slow Line (Sea/ Train/ Truck): 30-45 days (low cost)

4) SHIPPING FEE will depend on the box size and the weight of the packaging. Each product has different sizing and packaging weight, so the shipping fee will vary. After the product is delivered to the warehouse, the staff will weigh and provide an accurate cost estimate.

5) TAX-FREE SHIPPING for the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, EU, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Thailand, Malaysia, Russia…

6) NOTE: We always check the condition of the goods before shipping it to customers. However, as Resin Figures are fragile, we cannot guarantee that the product will not sustain any damage during shipping. Customers should be aware of this beforehand.

7) AFTER-SALES: Customers are kindly requested to record an unboxing video (without cuts or edits). In case the product is damaged, we will resolve the issue according to the following cases:

• Minor damage: Small part broken or a piece that can be glued – we will refund an appropriate amount.

• Major damage: Large part broken or missing parts – we will contact the studio to send the defective part. There are two possible outcomes:

+ Studio still has parts in stock: It will be exchanged for free, excluding shipping fees.

+ Studio no longer has parts in stock: We will negotiate with the studio and compensate the customer appropriately.

• Lost items: We will offer a 100% refund.

We understand how disappointing it can be not to receive the product in perfect condition, but sometimes these issues are unavoidable. We hope customers understand and carefully consider before making a purchase.
